Delivery & Returns
Shipping costs and delivery time
In order to provide you with the best service and fast deliveries worldwide, we have chosen UPS/DHL. Shipping costs vary by shipping method and destination (see table below) and are automatically calculated at the end of the order process.

We intend to ship all orders within 24 hours (orders received before 12:00 CET will be shipped the same day). Estimated delivery times are indicative only, they start from the date of shipment and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Returns
​
51 Ateliers will refund the purchase price of goods returned in their original condition, but only if the goods are received with our original invoice and packaging.

You must notify 51 Ateliers of your intention to return the order within 14 days of the delivery date in the following manner: (i) by returning the goods ordered directly to 51 Ateliers together with the completed original invoice; or (ii) by sending the return form below or a similar notice and then returning the goods order with the completed original invoice within 14 days of sending the return form or similar notice to 51 Ateliers.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for payment. Please note, that the costs for the intitial delivery will not be refunded and that you have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Worn, used, altered or damaged goods will not be accepted. 51 Ateliers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to return any goods that do not comply with the return conditions set out above.
